Idyllic and Central Apartment with Courtyard

Kissing the Lisbon most exclusive area - the Chiado and Bairro Alto neigboorhoods -, this apartment is the perfect getaway to explore the best that Lisbon has to offer.
Tram 28 will be at your doorstep, restaurants, bars and the entire historic area at just a short walk away.
We decorate it with love. Hope you can enjoy a amazing stay :)

The space
In this spacious apartment you will find two comfortable bedrooms, a living room with dinning area and working place, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace to enjoy some fresh air.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a double sofa bed and the other with two twin beds.
All of that decorated with love and care :)

Other things to note
- Check-in / Checkout time -
We are flexible about check-in and checkout time, depending of other guests leaving or arriving time. The regular check-in time is at 14:00 and regular checkout time is at 11:00.

- Check-in -
For you confort, we have self-check in.

- Pick-up -
If you want, we can arrange private pick-up and personalized check-in, for 5€ person with a minimum of 20€.

- High Chair and Baby Bed -
Are available with request 48 hours ahead.

Comfortable stay

Elsa and Rui were very helpful. Location was good - active, young neighborhood. We enjoyed our Lisbon visit.

Great base to explore Lisbon

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in a central location. There were lots of small grocery stores nearby where we could pick up essentials. The neighbourhood has a variety of restaurants so dinner did not require long treks at the end of a busy day. We had easy access to public transit - only about a 20 min walk to the nearest Metro (subway). The very popular #28 tram went up our street, but was usually standing room only, so we skipped that pleasure. All in all, I would recommend this apartment, with the caveat that you would need to keep the windows closed at night because of the noise from the afore-mentioned tram and the popular local restaurants. The hosts responded very promptly to all inquiries, and provided recommendations to local points of interest and to their favourite restaurants.

Wonderful location and great communication

Apartment is in a great location close to all forms of public transportation in city center of Lisbon. We had an amazing trip and each night would come back and open up the terrace doors to enjoy the Lisbon breeze. The hosts were very quick to respond to respond to any questions and have great recommendations in the welcome email. The set up worked wonderfully for us ( 2 adults & 1 child) and check in / check out process was very easy.

Appartement sympa..étant en plein centre de Lisbonne avec le tram sous les fenêtres des chambres c’est effectivement très bruyant mais on le savait…emplacement pratique pour visiter…Le patio très petit qui nous semblait plus grand sur les photos est très sympa….nous avons passé un super séjour

Charming oasis in the heart of the city

My family (me, husband, young daughter) was very comfortable in this apt. It had everything we needed and the location can not be beat. The hosts were friendly and communicative. I would opt to stay here again without hesitation on my next visit to Lisbon.

Lovely place and neighbourhood

We had a fantastic stay at Rui and Elsa’s property! The communication with them was super easy and they were very friendly and accommodating. We were 4 friends staying there and having the 2 bedrooms was a real plus for us. The furniture is lovely and the beds were very comfortable. It’s just a little but noisy but manageable. The patio was great, it was lovely to be able to have a drink or 2 before going out for dinner! The neighbourhood is great, there’s plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to many other places. The tramway is also right on the street so quite handy if you don’t fancy walking. I would highly recommend this property and hope to go back one day! Cheers, Melanie

Great Stay!

Hosts very reactive, polite and welcoming. Everything was flexible and they even allowed us earlier for check in. Rooms are very bright in contrast to darker living room, but as we were always outside didn't bother much. Very nice little terrasse that gets the sun in the morning! The place had everything needed and walkable distance to many main attractions and nice spots. Thank you again for the stay!
