We loved our stay at Nicola Rossio. The location is terrific, close to many restaurants and bars, and there is a nice park right across the street. Extremely walkable. The front desk staff is second to none. They were so courteous and helpful. The hotel is on the backside of a main road, so is relatively quiet as well. The room was comfortable and cozy. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend, particularly for the price. 2nd to none. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lisbon.

This review is for only for Filipe. Thank you for being so warm and friendly to us. We felt bad for not getting to say goodbye to you even though we were there for only one night. You are a very nice person and we wish you the very best to you in your upcoming adventures. As far as the hotel goes, it’s decent. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement.

Staff was amazing and so helpful. Prearranged their own driver whom they trust to take us to the airport for $30. Was professional and arrived on time. Have a tour company that will pick you up from hotel lobby. Was great tour and reasonable. $65pp cash apt Pena palace etc from 8:25am- 7pm.

Great location, room overlooking Rossio Square, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed. Bathroom needs to be updated; flimsy pre-fab shower stall. We had only I bottle of "no-charge" water when we arrived which was not replaced when room was serviced. So, yes, this is a 3-star hotel and you pay for its convenient location.

This property was great - room/bathroom was very clean, comfortable and ultra quiet. The only negative, no view (looked into a stairwell). Staff was very friendly and helpful (good restaurant and activity recommendations). Great location in the Baixa area, loved our stay, would definitely return. We did not take advantage of breakfast.

Great shower!

The room was tiny- and window looked to interior so low light but shower was amazing! Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Great location close to lots. Staff was very friendly. 10 out of 10 shower!

The bed was the only issue because it was large which was fine.But it was too large for the room.So it was hard to get around, but we managed. We asked for a better room on a higher floor with a better view.And we got it immediately. We were within walking distance to all the shops and sites and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast option was the best of all, they had a superb.Breakfast laid out every morning. It was wonderful.
