This property was great - room/bathroom was very clean, comfortable and ultra quiet. The only negative, no view (looked into a stairwell). Staff was very friendly and helpful (good restaurant and activity recommendations). Great location in the Baixa area, loved our stay, would definitely return. We did not take advantage of breakfast.

Great shower!

The room was tiny- and window looked to interior so low light but shower was amazing! Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Great location close to lots. Staff was very friendly. 10 out of 10 shower!

The bed was the only issue because it was large which was fine.But it was too large for the room.So it was hard to get around, but we managed. We asked for a better room on a higher floor with a better view.And we got it immediately. We were within walking distance to all the shops and sites and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast option was the best of all, they had a superb.Breakfast laid out every morning. It was wonderful.

The hotel is in the ideal space as all tours we booked were meeting within less than a 5 minute walk. Rossio square is a heartbeat area of the city. Very clean with excellent maid service. The front staff were always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good as I’m going to miss my morning cappuccino everyday. Definitely without hesitation I would stay here again

Perfect Lisbon Stay

Nicola Rossio Hotel in Lisbon is the cutest boutique hotel in the best location. Right on Rossio Square and with a view if you are lucky. Close to shopping and getting to all the sites. The staff on reception are so helpful and welcoming. The beds are comfortable, great showers and A/C. Morning breakfast was a nice bonus.

Room was very clean and comfortable with very strong aircon and great water pressure in the shower. Well located hotel that was walkable to almost everything, albeit in quite a touristy area. Port and pastel de nata on arrival was a nice touch. However, I think we got a bit unlucky with the room we were given as it was small, dark (with only a small window facing a wall) and quite noisy due to being right next to the lift and cleaners cupboard. Couldn’t hear outside the hotel at all but not the best soundproofing to other hotel guests/ cleaners etc.

Filippe was amazing! So very kind and helpful! He checked us in graciously after a very long trip from the US. Gave us excellent recommendations for dining, and Got Leandro, the courtesy vehicle, all set up for the next morning. We'll be back and will highly recommend! And the property was spotless!
