Not perfect but a good stay.

Great central location close to everything. Good value. After we were assigned a room which was too small, the staff were very helpful at re-assigning us with a pleasant room the next day. Breakfast room and food was very good. Unfortunately, the entrance door to the hotel is on a back pedestrian street and next to a few homeless people’s camping site. I did not feel unsafe but the optics is a turn off. Overall, ok if you have the right room and look the other way regarding the entrance area.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great central location. Just the breakfast could be better, when we went it wasn’t stocked and had to ask for glasses, no bowls for cereal. Other than the breakfast it was amazing. Rooms great and bed comfortable.

This is a good basic hotel. Clean and tidy rooms but a bit small. The staff was pleasant and responsive. Although it looks like it’s on the square you need to enter from a street at the back which can be tricky if you have a lot of luggage.

Area at the main entrance was kind of rough with lots of homeless around. It was no problem really as we went through restaurant that opened on to Rossio Square most of the time. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a very pretty boutique hotel in a wonderful location in Lisbon. There are many dining and shopping options and it is very convenient to local transportation, hop-on/off bus stops and pick up sites for scheduled tours. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The only negative was the sporadic trashy litter at the entrance—I think this might be a city issue.

When we arrived, they said our twin room was not ready and they put us in a room at the back that was beyond tiny. I measured it to be about 100 sq. ft. We have stayed in quite few countries, Europe and elsewhere and are used to small rooms but have never been put into a room that small. Going around the bed, you had to bend over so your head would not hit the TV up on the wall. Passing any where in the room, the other person had to find a place our of the way to wait so you could pass them. However, they did put us into a better room the next days we stayed there.

Awesome hotel in an awesome location right in the heart of Lisbon. Yes there are a few homeless people outside but it is downtown in a big city so to be expected. Room was perfect and we had the best view overlooking Rossio Square. Also the staff is super friendly & welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

We arrived into Lisbon on April 28/25 - two hours after the big power outage that hit Spain, Portugal and France and it was pandemonium! It took 6 hours to get to the hotel from the airport (normally a 33 minute bus ride). The staff at the hotel, who were underfed, stressed and overworked that day, were so kind, accommodating, and gracious. They helped us find a place to eat as all restaurants were closing because they were running out of food. They brought our suitcases up for us, escorted us up the dark stairways with flashlights, and offered us as much information as they could, in addition to complimentary port and pasteis de nata. I learned the next day that all they had eaten was bread that day. The following morning, when internet and power had been restored, we were able to eat at the hotel restaurant for their buffet breakfast and it was so delicious, with a varied selection (I ravaged the iberico ham and the goats cheese and don't get me started on the whole wheat bread). Obviously, with no electricity we couldn't run the A/C but there was a window overlooking the square that opened fully so we could get some air. And the pitch black shower was an adventure (good water pressure, nice towels, very comfortable bed and pillows, small room). Great jubilation in the square that night when the power came back on. Will definitely always stay here when in Lisbon and you should too!
