Fantastic stay at Ridan apartments, apartment was lovely, 2 bedroom, clean and spacious. Great location. The only draw back was the noise from the street and area from the music which went on until just after midnight. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at The Lift Apartment. Room was spacious and beautiful. Great location, the hotel staff was wonderful. The cleaning team was very accommodating. The only thing was the cleaning staff came into our apartment without knocking. Realized we were still inside, dropped off fresh towels in the landing area and left. Mind you it was 11am so people would be out already. We were just having a late start that day.

Our serviced apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, bright and spacious, perfect for our family of 4. It was in a great location close to everything including the Santa Justa lift, Rossio square and Station and you can catch the important trams routes to Belem and the castle in less than a 5 min walk. Rooms were spacious and had enough storage for cases and clothes. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Great views from the room. Customer service here was super helpful and friendly. We can’t recommend the Lift Ridan apartments enough. We’d definitely go back. The only negative was that the lifts were not working on floors 2 & 3 but you can either go to a floor above or below and go up/down a flight of stairs.

The location was nice easy walk to the River. There was a lot of noise so if you like to listen to nightlife it was great. The size the property was great and we had plenty of room. Loved the kitchen area as well.
