The property and room were not clean. The bed sheets had to be changed because they were gritty. The rugs in the entrance, on the stairs and in our room were filthy and had not been vacuumed in quite some time.

Nice area, easily walkable to town center. Nice pool. Great deck on our two bedroom cottage with table, chairs, BBQ. Bedrooms were large. Kitchen was a bit cramped and the bathroom is right off the kitchen which was odd. Old couch was not in great shape. Ok place to stay for a night or two.

The room was clean, well laid out and spacious. The staff was very friendly and were happy I was there. Parking right outside the room made it easy to bring things in from and out to my vehicle.

This property had recently been renovated and it was large and very very clean . Big TV .. Big Fridge .. microwave .. coffee maker and real coffee cups and glasses not plastic . The owner lives on site so very very easy to get anything if you need it . Location was perfect close to town although we didn’t use the pool it is huge ..! Definitely will be returning

Disappointing

The tv was not connected and I ran the tap water for 8 minutes before it started to warm up - as a result I did not have a shower. The man next door was shouting in the middle of the night - not sure if he was awake or asleep.

We couldn't stay in the room we were given, as there was a bad smell in the air. I have no idea what it was. When I told them this we were immediately taken to a much nicer room, but the batteries for the remote for the room's heater/cooler had died so we had to walk back to the office to get more. The faucet in the shower was almost coming off the wall, the outlet next to the bathroom sink wouldn't work for my blow dryer. It felt like the rooms were barely cleaned and rarely checked to make sure everything was working.

The property outside was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our issue was with the cleanliness of the room. I had to buy a bottle of cleaner for the bathtub before it could be used. I scrubbed it myself. There were cobwebs everywhere, one kitchen drawer was full of crumbs, floor was dirty all around bottom of the walls, and the shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. They left no k-cups for the machine either (which was fine I went to Sobeys).

Warm and quiet

This is a pretty little town, and it looked especially nice with the holiday lights and snow. My place was cozy and pleasant. It is so nice and quiet in the winter.

This place should not be opened from Nov to April. Their water pipe froze and no water to our room, complaint to the owner and said it was out of his control. Shower dirty and mouldy, shower door does not stay closed.

Checkin was easy. The room had been updated. I'm certain the floors don't get washed often as I spilled a bit of water and the white paper towel I used to wipe it up was dirty. The coffee machine and coffee needs an upgrade. The cord on the machine was not long enough to be plugged in. Had to sit it on a chair to reach the power bar. I checked out and was in a hurry to play golf and left a nearly full bottle of Wente Morning Fog in the fridge. Called within five minutes and left a VM to explain I would pick it up on my way home after golf and to aknowlege my VM. No response and when I stopped in they had dumped it. So no rave reviews from me.
