This spectacular estate of 7,000 m² combines privacy, space and comfort for up to 6 people. The accommodation, of 140 m², has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower, designed to offer maximum comfort and functionality.
The property stands out for its luminosity and welcoming atmosphere, with impressive views of the mountain and the spacious private garden, located within a fenced plot that guarantees total privacy and security.
The modern American induction kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, along with crockery and utensils to prepare any type of food with ease.
Outside, the property has a 30 m² furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, a barbecue for gatherings, and a griddle. Additionally, it features a garden with furniture, a private swimming pool, and an outdoor parking area with capacity for 4 vehicles.
The property is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating, WiFi internet access, hairdryer and television with multilingual satellite TV (Spanish, English and German).
