In the exterior of this wonderful property you will find two fantastic terraces where you can get together to prepare a delicious barbecue or have a drink. It will be the ideal place to extend the evenings in the company of your loved ones. The house is located in S'Estanyol, a few steps from the port, in a privileged, quiet, relaxed environment, far from the hustle and bustle. As it is located in a residential area, there are neighbours around it, so privacy is partial.

Inside you will find a nice living room with AC and TV where you can relax. The kitchen, with dining area and ceramic hob, is completely independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms with bathtub complete the stay. You can use the fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you need it, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
