This country house is located in southern Mallorca, between Palma Bay and the town of Llucmajor, in an exceptionally quiet setting on a large plot. From the second floor, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of Palma Bay.



The villa offers around 290 m² of living space across two floors. There are 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 en suite), and a guest toilet. All rooms are spacious with high ceilings, creating a bright and comfortable atmosphere. The property is perfect for holidays in Mallorca with several families or a group of friends.



The large entrance hall on the ground floor leads to one of two living rooms with satellite TV. Here you'll also find one double bedroom and one en suite bathroom. Opposite is the generous dining area with a large table, providing access to the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, large fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, all necessary utensils, and a large pantry. The ground floor also has a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Stairs connect the two floors.



Upstairs is the second living room with satellite TV, offering fantastic views of Palma Bay. There are five more double bedrooms and three bathrooms, all with twin beds, including another en suite bathroom.



The outdoor area is carefully designed, with large terraces surrounding the house. In front of the pool area is a terrace with several tables and chairs, and next to it is a brick barbecue.
