Horrible, all 3 hotel rooms were thilthy and had blood on the comforter. Trash everywhere. Toliet still dirty with fecal matter. Horrible. Stay away from this hotel. And yet, they dont want to refund us for not staying there.

My wife was the retuning customer for this hotel because its lacation is near her business, even though the facility is outdated and elevator is out of service. This time, her reservation was cancelled by the hotel without any notice. When she came to checked in at 10pm on March 3rd, she was told the reservation was cancelled. The hotel was overbooked that day. She wanted to talk to manager but no response. She had to find another hotel for the night. We had been many hotels around world, this is first time this kind of cancelation happened to us. At least hotel should contact us before the cancellation, but nothing. This is completely unacceptable!The hotel owned us an apology.

All of the staff here was super nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here for 2 weeks. Next time i come back to california i’ll definitely be staying here again. Also the breakfast omelets were delicious definitely one of my favorites breakfast items.
