I was sold a double queen bed, the property didn’t have queen on it when addressed with management to change rooms he was a very unprofessional rude man. I had my new born twins and my two teens with me and had to purchase a second room with no discount for the inconvenience of inaccurate descriptions of the room sold to me. Worst hospitality, worst 600$ for one full night after arriving at 11pm to show up to a room not equipped for the supposed six person room. I will never stay here again

We have stayed here several times. Never paid for parking. The parking fee surprised us. They didn’t tell us when we checked in. When we left we found out about the charge for parking fee.

Best Hotel!

This hotel was awesome!!! We came from Arizona on a quick girls trip to Magic Mountain. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Also included was a mini fridge, sink, microwave, and a hair dryer. The front desk gave us EACH 2 free drinks during happy hour and their bar. (For both nights!) And the free breakfast was delicious! Build your own omelet and a ton of other choices. Thanks for a great stay!!

The metal rail near hot tub is corroded and dangerous.The second elevator has been out of service for over a year. Not breakfast meat due to some memo that was sent to buyers for breakfast in your organization. The handicap chairs need repair and have been that way for over one year

Not the Embassy I expected

The hotel is showing age but is well maintained as in clean for the most part. They have signs for ice and vending machines throughout the hotel but there are no vending machines or anywhere to buy bottled water in the building. The pool and hot tub are in need of refurbishing. We had wanted to use the hot tub after a long day at the park but when looking at the pool and hot tub from our room it looked very dirty so we decided for health reasons to skip. Than after walking through the pool area we noticed the dirt we thought was just the plaster that is in disarray. I always try to stay at an embassy and it’s worth the additional money for the breakfast and comfortable beds. However the breakfast is lacking as there were no breakfast meats and the coffee was not kept full. The beds were old and however not comfortable as I come to enjoy at embassy they were tolerable, except very noisy if moving. Our neighbors above us must of newlyweds and had great stamina and we could hear the squeaking and banging of the old beds through the ceiling. The Blossom grill stated was opened till1030 on the website but they stop taking food orders at 10pm. We arrived later than expected at 940pm and I wanted to eat at the hotel for convenience. When checking in the front desk said to order right away. We went over to the bar area to order and while the food was good the staff was not pleased to have to put in another food order and it was still before their cut off time.

Great breakfast, Dated furniture

The breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room was spacious. The couch was filthy and very uncomfortable as were the chairs in the room. Also the smallest trash cans of any hotel I have ever stayed in. 3 regular water bottles and you are looking elsewhere for disposal options. Luckily there is a two water bottle bin in the bathroom.

It's a Hilton. Good hotel and I could nearly see the rollercoasters at Magic Mountain. Bed was comfy, the pool and hot tub were nice, and the breakfast was good and there were alot of options. They even had an ommlette station. I wish they informed me that breakfast ends at 9am and not 10am on weekdays, as I didn'tget to eat breakfast on Monday. Just a warning if you'replanning to stay, they charge $15 a night for parking in their open, non-secured lot. I was informed of this before I stayed, so I parked on the street roght outside of the parking lot. When I checked out, I luckily requested a printed reciept and saw they tried to charge me the $15 a night for parking. Went to the desk and they removed the charges. Might stay again.
