We booked a space for 3. At arrival the sofa bed was not made. We try to extend it but it was broken. We have asked for repair nobody come in. We accepted at the end a rolled bed. This is not a Hilton quality, a big scam to run away. Please organise an investigation and refund the money.

I had emailed the Hotel about keeping our room for a later checkout and interconnecting rooms and was told that should be okay but when we checked in this was not the case. I was told there was no interconnecting rooms available and that they did not know about the late checkout. Staff not really helpful with this.
