The neighborhood is safe and reasonably quiet. The room had at least 8 noticeably damaged, worn or stained areas. The cabinet holding the tv had a door barely holding onto it's hinges, the shower had a long section of the door that was broken, a chair was stained with some mystery rusty brown residue, etc. The price was reasonable. The staff were excellent and my overall good impression is largely due to their hard work. It was obvious that they're holding this property together at the splitting seams.

Comfortable beds, quiet area

Lovely spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Easy walk to the stars along Hollywood Boulevard. No bar was a disappointment

Pros: We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the location was convenient. Cons: the pool is unheated and the surprise $80 for valet only parking.

Everything clean, staff helpful. Breakfast options were light, which is a good thing by my reckoning, too much breakfast can ruin a day. Also, very convenient for rideshare to pick up from. Good hotel.
