Very close to airport. You could walk to an area with a Ralph’s grocery and pharmacy and such. Not a pretty walk- but nice to be right next to the airport and able to do that! Rooms and staff were great.

One of the lady on the desk at night I don’t know her name. She’s a little bit tall. She have really bad attitude when I was asking about the parking with a bad attitude. She say no is not for free not a professional at all. My question wasn’t as a free or not it wasn’t like how much and how I’m gonna pay that even though I’m surprised that’s the hotel parking lot is not for free. They didn’t mention this to me second the coffee machine was broken in the room third the bathroom of the room cannot be locked and also the window curtain is broken. It’s just 25% of it there and I have kids they don’t not to sleep if it’s not too dark and there was so much spot of the light come from outside because there is no curtain only the guy in the morning he have really nice attitude and he’s very nice. He tried to help as much as he can also, the workers there in the morning. They were nice but everyone at night they’re very bad whatever I ask they answer with not professional way front of my family.

We started off our trip waiting two hours for the shuttle to the hotel and called many times and they kept on saying keep waiting. There were so many groups waiting for the shuttle with us for hours. We then got to our room at 2 AM and it was messy and smelt like smoke. We talked to the front desk about both and they said that there was nothing they could do. Pretty disappointing but did not ruin the trip!
