The room was great and the hotel was close to a lot of attractions, I was there for a concert and it was a great location in proximity to SoFi Stadium. Only downside is the hotel does not offer parking to their guests, you have to pay for that.

The property itself was lovely, no complaints. The staff was smoking cannabis when we arrived and the lobby reeked of it when we came in, I guess welcome to California. We needed a ride from the airport back after arrival (had to turn in a rental car) which led to our main problem: 1. the shuttle was not labeled with the hotel name! After waiting for well over 2 hours and calling the (potentially stoned) front desk multiple times telling them nobody was picking me up, I was tired, cold and frustrated and it got to be after 1:00 AM. They finally realized that the shuttle picking up had a random label with nothing related to the hotel name. I was then finally able to get back for my 4 hours of sleep till my flight left the next morning. The shuttle in the morning back was just as bad, they pulled up and left with us standing just inside the door making us wait another 20 minutes for the next one. Maybe a courtesy 'we are here for the airport' or 'leaving now' call out would be helpful. 2. The included breakfast was just yogurt and some cereal. They had a sign saying 'due to construction' which I could not see going on, but I was not thrilled with this either.

Parking- apparently since it’s gets busy with concerts they sell out on parking? They also did not provide alternative parking spots after they charge you $55 for parking. The night after I complained about parking, the front desk was so rude during check out. Shanice did not want to help us. We went to another staff member for help instead.

No room even with confirmation

Air travel from Atlanta was delayed. Called and informed desk attendant, Frances, that we will arrive after 1 am because of the delay. She informed that she will leave a note for the late staff of the late arrival notice. Upon arrival, we were told there was no accommodations, even with confirmation from hotel. Very disappointing after a long day of travel. Had to sit in hotel lobby and try to book accommodations elsewhere.
