The elevators had issues. The hot & cold water reversed. Room cleaning upon request only. No restaurant on site. Complimentary breakfast 18.00 and later 21.00. $55.00/day parking for guests. No nice smoking area. Smokers are told to smoke outside away from the door! No cozy lounge area because there is no restaurant or bar on the premise. This is a Hilton Hotel! I'd rather stay in a dive!

When we checked in, the two front desk staff (including the lady checked us in) were whispering something mouth to ear like they were talking about us, made me feel very uncomfortable. Also they gave us a connecting room which I can hear every single word of next door talking. I went asked for a different room and were told they’re fully booked but then I checked online the rooms still available. Pretty bad experience.

I have never had such a terrible experience in my life. I requested a late check-out in advance on the morning of my departure because of a late-night flight. We handed the room key to the front desk around 6:00 PM on that day and left, expecting only the agreed late departure fee. However, I was shocked to find that not only was I charged the late departure fee, but my receipt also shows I was checked out the next day, resulting in an additional full night’s room charge. I first emailed the hotel using the contact list on their website a week ago, but never received any reply. I called them and was told to call them in the morning. I then sent another email to the address printed on my receipt three days ago, and still no response. When I tried calling again, the staff simply told me, “Our manager is not here, please call again in the morning.” With the time difference, that means I would have to call them in the middle of the night from my location. Calling internationally is expensive, and emails are ignored. It feels like they don’t care at all about resolving their mistake and only want to make it as difficult as possible for me to fix the issue. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Instead of addressing their clear billing error, they are delaying and leaving customers to carry the burden of their mistake.
