I loved staying here! My room was clean and comfortable, and I felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding areas as a solo female traveler. The staff member working the cafe was lovely and it was nice to have a friendly face when getting coffee in the morning.

The room was a clean, comfortable. Only gave you one face towel with 3 hand towels and 3 body towels so i asked for towels next day thinking it was a oops, guess not. So make sure you ask for extra face towels or bri g your own. Very convenient location to restraunts, shops, mall in walking distance.

The room was clean and staff was nice, they have a nice bar downstairs and walking distance to many food places near by, however the parking you gotta pay $27 a night. For the two night stay I ended up paying for parking at the Burbank Hotel garage $57 dollars after I checked out. Just beware about paying for parking it is separately from your stay and does not come with it.

I was overall happy staying here during my trip to california! The rooms were clean, the staff was great, and the lobby was beautiful, but i think the overall property could be bettet renovated (chips in some paint, scratches on the wall/furniture, dirty windows, ect). However, I was mainly disappointed that I selected a room for 2 queen beds with a pool view, but rather got a room with 2 double beds and no pool view. When i asked the hotel staff about this, told me they were sold out of these rooms and there was nothing they could do since i booked through expedia. Not the biggest deal in the world, but i did feel it was falsely advertised. I would still recommend this hotel in the future.

Staff was very nice. The room thermostat allowed you to put as low as possible but the room would not get colder than 72 degrees. The rooms were a bit stuffy and had a weird odor.
