Very nice hotel, great location close to food restaurants, movie theaters, easy access In and Out of parking lot which has easy access to the hotel entrance, the registration process very smooth, check out easy, no waiting in line. I booked my stay through Expedia, the only issue I had, is the fact that there are many miscellaneous charges that nobody tells you until you check out, with the exception of Parking which is about $29.00 a day.

This was my first time staying in the LA area. The Burbanks area new this hotel is great. We stayed here for a one day trip to universal. Staff was wonderful. Parking was super easy. Rooms look a bit outdated but were clean and the beds and pillows were excellent.
