The airport shuttle is for the Burbank Airport not LAX. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was excellent! There is parking charges that are not disclosed until you get there and it is $25 per day. Also, about half the staff was super friendly and helpful and the other half acted like you were bothering them.

Staff are always friendly. I remember this used to be the Holiday Inn. I miss that they had cucumber mint water in the lobby. Maybe we can get this back. Other than that, everything was amazing. I had my 1 year old grand daughter, and they accommodated with a crib. That was nice!

There was a problem with the first room we checked into. Will you place on the top floor of the hotel and due to the California rain storms the time of our stay it appeared there was a leak in the ceiling and the floor accumulated water
