Clean room, staff was great, very good breakfast, didn't use the pool or hot tub. Lobby and bar area were freezing cold the entire time. Even staff were wearing jackets inside.

No coffee in the lobby, they want to sell you coffee from the bar. No microwaves in the rooms and the one in the lobby they want you to buy something to use. I have a daughter in a wheelchair and when the bellhop saw us coming he went the other way and left us to navigate the heavy brass doors of the lobby ourselves. He did this several times, avoiding us. They have a resturant in the hotel but the prices are crushing so every morning I took a three block walk to get coffee and pastries for the fam. Not the worst, its a nice area but not at all convienient.
