The room had strong cleaning chemical, and the windows could not open it had bars on them. The pool was dirty, and the bed felt like a brick hard. I booked another reservation and went somewhere else. I did not stay at this hotel

This website needs an update. The pool does not work, which was the MAIN reason i booked here. The first room had a cockroach on the bed. They moved us to a different room. We asked for extra towels and get told we could’t, the housekeeper doesn’t come in until 10:30am the next day…..ok. This hotel needs to actually spend time in the rooms, RED FLAG. Do not stay here, you will be disappointed. Windows arent sealed properly, there was mosquitos in the room.

The Worst Stay

There staff was rude at check in, They’re using old misleading pics of the property from what it used to look like, None of the amenities were available( no pool-no bar-no none of the stuff that made The Adventurer my FAVORITE hotel in LA for the last 20 years. I would’ve NEVER booked with them if I’d a known that the hotel is NOTHING like it used to be. They falsely advertise knowing that once you get there you’re stuck because there’s no refunds on bookings if you cancel. This was a horrible experience

The staff couldnt accommodate since they gave me a room with no pullout couch. I asked for blankets and pillows for my friend only to be told to come later and then told that housekeeping was gone, which is bs because ive worked at a hotel before there should be someone to deliver items. Also my car got a hit because he didnt want to open the gate when i got home from the event i booked this hotel to go to. Completely unprofessional

The hotel pictures on the website is TOTALLY different than what the actual hotel. This place is VERY run down. The rooms looked clean but the bed covers were dirty, black mold in the bathtub, dirty floors, smelled like air freshener that was 100 times too strong and there is no microwave in the room. It’s by the lobby. The pool is closed and the place looks like a haunted hotel. I think back in the day, it must have been a nice hotel. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The windows to the room don’t close all the way which makes you feel unsafe and hear everything. Until about the witching hours, you can hear the airplanes fly by which were very loud. It was convenient place near SoFi stadium. Over priced! We reserved 2 queen bed room for over $200. Never again.

This hotel does not look at all like the photo. There is no complementary breakfast like stated and our room barley had a window it was just shutters. There were also amoke burns everywhere making it feel unsafe. I unded up purchasing sheets from target to cover the bed. Thankfully no bugs of any kind and free parking.

Dirty, disgusting, horrible experience.

Worst hotel experience ever. I used a black light and seen handprints and fluid spray everywhere. My card key never worked even after exchanging and reprograming a dozen times. I cut my had on the metal handrail for the stairs and had to get a tetanus shot when I got home. I found an acrylic fingernail on the floor. There was old bits of cereal in the bed between the matress and the frame. No ice machine, I was told to go across the street and buy ice. No microwaves in the rooms, just a shared microwave in the courtyard. Pool was disgusting and closed. The refrigerator was broken but luckily we saw the maintenance man and he brought us a brand new one right out of the box but then it took over 5 hrs to get cold. I wasnt going to attempt to take a shower so luckily it was just an overnight trip for a concert so I waited until I got home the next day to shower. Very limited parking, no gate or security. I do not recommend this place. They need a visit from the county code inspection to get them to get lots of things in order at that place. This app isn't letting me upload any photos for some reason.
