stayed here because it's only 5 minutes from where i work. room is huge for the price. quiet, i sleep in the morning. walkable fast-foods. needs work on airconditioner on-off button. i'll stay here again if im working weekdays to avoid traffic.

Arrived at the property and checked in. The front office staff were so friendly and expedited my check in. Placed my card for the deposit and got my room key. Got to my room and was surprised how big it is. So much room. The furniture is outdated but spacious nonetheless. It is almost the size of a studio. It’s very quiet and no sound from neighboring rooms. You are able to choose from smoking and non-smoking. There’s plenty of parking so no need to worry about that. There’s a liquor store a stone throw away too. Overall a decent hotel for the price with excellent service from the staff.

I have stayed at the Regency Inn and Suites a few times. The staff is friendly, and when you let them know that there is a problem in the room, as a courtesy they will change your room. This last time I stayed there it was unpleasant, but it was through no fault of the managers. Unfortunately, undesirable guests in the upstairs room above my room were fighting, yelling, throwing each other around, and destroying the room all night. They woke me up and I could not go back to sleep. I notified the managers and they told them to leave and made sure that they never stay there again.

Best budget hotel!

Quiet, very spacious for the price, and mostly clean, but outdated. They also have subscription movie channels for free! And there is a huge outdoor shopping center with a Walmart and several other stores. Oh and also there is a liquor store like literally next to the office.
