The staff was the only good thing about this place. Very helpful. Place is terrible, beds are uncomfortable. Pillows are fat and small and couldn’t sleep all night. No handcream in the bathrooms to use after shower. Not even a towel rack. Breakfast is a joke. Bread and some cheap sweet stuff to go and no proper eggs or anything. Powder cream for milk for coffee or tea. Terrible over. Not worth the 200+ dollars per night.

Our toilet didn't work and neither did the shower, the wall moved when trying to pull the stopper up. Next roo. They gave us had the hardest bed ive ever slept on in my life

Lousy,unhelpful hotel staff. It was as if we were bothering them to even check in or ask a question. Breakfast was white bread or wheat,jelly,orange juice and coffee with generic powdered creamer. Room was dirty,not cleaned(with trash and crayons under seats. Mold around bathtub,old hanging clips on walls,t.v.not working well. I will not return.

Asked for different microwave but to my surprise they didn’t have one ,super disappointing ,considering I bought things to microwave ,also t.v had no Netflix excess but room was super clean loved the decor parking was tight could barely maneuver but would give it a 3 out of 5 breakfast terrible only toast and danish wth probably shouldn’t mention breakfast lol

The parking is located right outside the hotel & as for safety measures Hotel offers a keycard which not only works to unlock room but also to use elevator. Moreover the complimentary breakfast was extremely bland only having coffee, jam packets, & toast with what seemed to be apple and orange juice since nothing was labeled. Overall room was clean, lighting inside was very dim, restroom well organized offered a lot of towels, daily cleaning. View from window was also bland occasional loud nice from traffic. Around the hotel there is a Target which is about a five minute walk which was very convenient, a lot of bakeries & local street vendors as well. Overall would return. 6.5/10

Worst mattress ever

The building is way too old, the neighbourhood was pretty dangerous but the worst was the mattress, we couldn't sleep there for a minute and had to change to a better hotel. Super8 has always had a pretty good standard but this was way below that bar.

Lamp and outlet on night stand didnt work, also when we arrived we had no shower curatin and there was a mess on the night stand, told front desk before we left for the night and they said they would let maintenance know and hoping everything would be fixed and cleaned when we returned late at night shower curtain was never replaced and mess was not cleaned.

Very minimum (free) breakfast: toasts, butter, jam, cheap danishes, apple and orange juices, coffee and hot tea. It's old building. Homeless people around neighborhood.
