Very clean hotel. Area not so great which sucks cause it has potential to be a nice hotel. The pictures are a little deceiving but i guess thats every hotel website. On expedia it says its a 4 star, 'wonderful" hotel but on the their site its a 3 star hotel. Which made sense when i asked for the ive machine and they directed me to an ice chest with ziploc bags of ice. Also there is no parking and its very tight, im sure a lot of doors were dented there.Anyhow overall if they lowered the price per night, it would be well worth it otherwise you will definitely be over charged for a 3 star hotel!

Love the place, crappy bed!

I loved the hotel itself. The theme, design, cafe, bar, and staff were great. My only issue was the bed. We had a king size bed and I was happy to only sleep in it for two nights. The bed creaked horribly whenever you moved at all. I am 6 months pregnant and have to turn over constantly and get up to the bathroom frequently and it was so loud just to turning over.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from check-in to housekeeping to room service. Lounge staff were also amazing. Food and drinks were delicious! Room was beautiful and very comfortable! Love the shower!! This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Southern California!

Decent Stay

Overall a pretty decent stay. Lots of local food options in the area. Café has great breakfast sandwiches. Staff was polite. Room was overall clean, but a bit dingy - a few flaws in the paint job and the baseboards could use some cleaning. Refrigerator didn’t feel like it got cold at all, but the freezer worked. Pool area was clean and well kept. Had a good experience overall.

The room that we got this time was not cleaned enough the floor were dusty and the smell was not smell good, and the bedsheet keep coming out from the bed. And the Manager was not accommodating, we told him that we're going to have a late check out at 12pm right then when we checked-in, but the room cleaner knocking and trying to open the door around 11am and then came again around 11:45am. I'm just hoping that the people in the reception area are attentive, especially the Manager.

NOT A 9.2 as rated. More like an 6.5. Entire hotel and rooms smelled moldy. AC inefficient. Ice was bagged and available in ice chest. Felt like an old motel with a coat of paint. Staff helpful but environment not pleasing.

I loved the lobby, pool, and my room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The only downside was how noisy it was in the early morning on a Saturday, with trucks beeping and cars. I will ask to stay in another wing next time. Maybe better sound proofed windows would help.
