Dirty bathroom ! The night I arrived at 11pm !!!!! Dirty ceiling yellow stains all over. Body wash empty, requested a full cleaning the next morning ! It was done and back to standard ! Very noise room ! Bring hears plugs or you won’t sleep !!! Lobby coffee station staff not friendly more busy watching their cell phone social network !!

The staff here was outstanding--everyone with whom I dealt went that extra mile. The room was large and clean. The couch and the desk/chair were a bit hard but the bed was quite comfortable. My only real qualms were the gratuitous (and originally HIDDEN) resort fee, which served NO purpose whatsoever, and the incredibly high price of EVERYTHING in the gift shop. ($5-$7 for a GRANOLA BAR.) I understand these are corporate decisions, not the fault of the excellent staff. But they do make me hesitant in regard to choosing a Westin property in the future.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming from the moment I arrived and made everything easy and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.
