Room smelt awful. AC was not cooling room. Large gap was n door, could see daylight. Nothing like pictures in web site. Was charged $100.00 deposit and $5.00 to park. Was not told at time of reservation. Would not recommend. Very shaded part of city.

We checked in and immediately left the property as there were homeless people loitering and laying on the sidewalk, needles outside and people smoking leaning up against the building. It was very sketchy and we felt unsafe.

Great location, would stay again for price. I did not care for the liquor store and the atmosphere around it. The air conditioner on a timer and would shut off while sleeping and takes longer to get cool again. Breakfast was basic no hot food except toast and bagels.

Easy walking distance to the convention center and clean room. The one thing that was annoying o asked for my car to be able to staybfor an extra 2 hours after checkout and they wanted me to pay for another day to do that. Also my door key stopped working before i actually checked out

Can’t beat the location. Lots of people rev engines and drive like maniacs in the middle of the night, so, other than that it was a fantastic value and I would stay there every time I come to Louisville.

This HOTEL.com option should WARN people of the condition of this hotel. No outlets working in BA, toilet runs all night ( I had to fix it myself after each use) Called ahead, was driving from NC, arrived 1:30 AM, told I could check out later, w/ no charge. Started knocking on my door at 8:30 am to ask when I was checking out and proceeded to harass me, 4 more times. Then CHARGED extra $20.00 for staying per the NIGHT person who said I could stay later. Dirty floors, bed so sagging, the night gentlemen who checked it me was very courteous, called the Hotel to ask about the $20.00 charge. RUDE, RUDE owner; this is the 2nd time, I encountered these PRIVATELY OWNED hotels that are listed on HOTEL.COM. NEVER, NEVER , will I go to one of these small, private owned- who take the money DO nothing for their guests execpt harass them and behave rudely.

This is a classic "you get what you pay for" hotel. Nothing fancy, kind of rundown, but very affordable especially for this area. It's within easy walking distance to the KICC and a number of great restaurants. But there was a constant parade of motorcycles, monster trucks, and street racers all night long. Loudest hotel I ever stayed at. Had to sleep with headphones on.
