Extremely Private Home with a Breathtaking View!

You will fall in love with this private home, on 20 acres in the woods! There is a great view of the pond from the front porch where wildlife visits frequently!

We are 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, 12-15 minutes from Churchill Downs. The house is only 4 miles from I-65.

There are 3 bedrooms all with king beds, and 3 different living areas with couches. We have a pool table in the loft and a small gym in the basement with a TV, media player and Google Chrome Cast. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and any small appliance you can think of; deep fryer, crock pots, instant pot, juicer, blender, food processor, etc.

Perfect for a weekend to relax or go out on the town! This house is truly country living with city convenience.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Brooks Hill Winery. Enjoy features like a gym, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. The holiday home includes amenities such as in-room jetted baths and a kitchen.
