It was very clean and easily accessible. The only issue we had was a very clunky sound when the air/heating unit was on.

Nice friendly staff, spacious room, nice bed and shower. Breakfast had good options, incidentally fresh biscuits. Opportunities for improvement: carpet in the aisles need cleaning and odor removal. HVAC inside bedroom was very noisy.

Rooms are modern and nicely laid out. Although I had a long dress and there was no place to hang out because the closet head shelves. My accessible room had high toilets and a shower chair, which was nice. Also automatic lovers for raising and lowering the shades without having to pull a cord. For the most part, the staff was friendly, but they wouldn’t let you congregate in the dining area to socialize and we probably had 10 rooms so that was rather upsetting.

Weekend hours should be longer. Staff should have more than one person replenishing emotion. Night manager should not make assumptions or accusations. Especially when it’s not “quiet hours “ yet. Morning manager is fantastic.
