Great place but AirCon so noisy it prevented us from sleeping
Overall we loved the place. It’s huge, clean and the pool area is great. Communication with the management company was great apart from when it came to the ancient air con unit in the 2nd double bedroom. They kept ignoring the issue and fobbing us off. My brother and his partner could not sleep in the room it was so loud and we could hear it from our room too (our aircon had been replaced recently by comparison) it was so bad I asked for compensation which never came and they just stopped replying to my communications about it.
Aside from this massive issue which you just don’t expect from a place this expensive, the place also just lacked some homely touches. For example we bought a couple of cheap lamps because otherwise it was just massive ceiling lights in the living room and hallway / stairs. And we bought warm white bulbs for the bedroom lamps as they were cold bright white previously. We also bought large wine glasses as the existing ones were tiny 70’s Pub style. No chairs on the massive shared balcony was really lacking - we moved some dining chairs up there. And the balcony doors from the landing could only be opened by lifting the Velcro’s down rug that was placed in front bizarrely.
So, overall we enjoyed it but I wouldn’t go again unless I had reassurances that that air on had been replaced. And the one in the twin room that my brother resorted to sleeping in wasn’t much better
