This hotel was not maintained as it should be especially for the price for the rooms. The carpet was stained, tile floor dirty, light switch fell off the wall, and the shower head dripped continuously. The best thing was the location.

Its not bad

One of the reasons we booked here, is because they had an indoor pool. No t sure if the pool heater was broke or if they even had a pool heater. The water was just as cold as it was outside, and there was a freak snow storm with high winds.

Stay elsewhere/not worth the money

The front desk receptionists were very kind, but the room did not meet my expectations especially for the price. There were many stains on the carpet, seating area, and walls as well as the tile in the bathroom. The nightstand lamp did not work. On top of this there was a large gap between the door frame and door which made noise from the hallway very easy to hear. Finally, the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable and made it very hard to get any sleep. Not sure why this hotel is rated so well, but my experience was very poor.

The hotel cleaniness was very below average compared to othe hotels I have stayed at in the past. All carpet in the hotel was stained and had a smell. This was in common areas and in our room. Our bathroom floor had been mopped with a dirty mop. It seems like the floor was sticky and wasn't swept before it was mopped. Felt like I needed to wear shoes each time i walked to the toilet part of the bathroom. Majority of the lights didn't work in our room. The only lights that worked were the toilet light, light around the bathroom mirror, and one light by our bed. While we were getting things together to check out hosuekeeping knocked on our door and quickly opened it. Thankfully we had our security lock on. She asked if we were chekcing out today which I replied yes and she said she wouod come back later. My husband and I were confused because she should have this information and shouldn't barge into a room like that. The staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk but we will not be back due to cleaniness.

I stayed at this property three years ago and it was in excellent shape. I expected the same. It is obvious this hotel is heavily trafficked. The entry carpet was frayed along the edges and worn. The hallway carpets were worn and need replacement. The room I had (230) has seen better days - needs painting and was probably a 7 of 10. Aesthetically, it was not the same place I stayed 3 years ago. Now, the staff was great and the place was clean. It was super busy and the vibe was still really good. I hope the property takes care of the issues I saw and brings it up a bit. Great place but needs a little TLC.
