Cozy, romantic condo with mountain view at wonderful Bryce Resort, a true gem of the Shenandoah Valley. Check-in as early as 9 am and check out as late as 6:00 pm (if other guest’s reservations don’t interfere). Easy walk/ski/bike access to the resort. King size bed. Access to outdoor community pool and washer/dryer on property in adjacent building. Condo includes wood fireplace, refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher. Dishes, utensils, coffee pot and cooking pans available. Roku available for streaming using provided WiFi but you'll need to log into your accounts (Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc), cable TV is not provided.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please throw the trash away (cleaning team may not come the day you depart). The dumpster is located in the parking lot of the second building.
Please wash the dishes so they will be ready for the cleaning team to quickly put away
In the winter, please turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. In the summer, please turn the air conditioner off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please take your shoes off at the door. The carpet is new and I appreciate your help in keeping it clean for all of my guests. Thank you!
