The apartment DG right is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the newly renovated old Berlin apartment building with a size of approx. 77 m². The balcony belonging to the apartment has a size of approx. 6 m² (sunbathing area possible).
The apartment has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, 1 shower room with WC and 1 guest WC.
The 6 vacation apartments are located in a newly renovated old Berlin house from 1900 in the middle of the Uckermark lake landscape, between the three large water areas (Großer Lychensee, Lychener Stadt, Nesselpfuhl).
The property is approx. 1,400 m² in size with approx. 20 running meters of water frontage. A large boat launch invites you to go boating. Rowing boats and canoes can be rented approx. 100 m away and can be used on the waterway up to the property.
The garden with approx. 800 m² of lawn, fruit trees and hedges has enough space for sun loungers or for the children to play. There are several lockable sheds (approx. 5 m²) with lighting and sockets for storing bicycles and sports equipment.
