We have room 511, extremely small room with afternoon sun, very hot and can not open the shades. Barely enough room just go around the bed. Not enough room to put suitcases anywhere. Hotel is quite far from all the popular sights. Must transfer if using metro to sights and it takes minimum 20-30 minutes. It takes >50 minutes if take a bus, and it costs almost 30 Euros by taxi from Plaza Mayor. Coffee machine in the lobby but you have to pay to buy a capsule, pretty cheap. It is pricy for what you get. Had stay in many AC hotel before and this one is very disappointing. No hot water boiler, the capsule coffee machine is not adequate to make hot water or tea.
