What I loved the most about the hotel was the staff—they were always kind, communicative, and attentive to every detail. Every morning, they would leave a bag with croissants and bottled water at our door. They also recommended places to visit, and on the fifth floor, there was a 24-hour open area with a wide variety of snacks. The location was extremely convenient, as it was in one of the busiest areas, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. It was also just a five-minute walk from Gran Vía. If you’re into the nightlife scene and LGBTQ Community, the next street over, Fuencarral #52, leads to Chueca, an area full of bars, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Additionally, nearby is the famous five-story nightclub located in Teatro Barceló and Sala But.

Super location

A lovely, calm, clean hotel in the Chueca area and close to Gran Via. Easy to reach via the Tribunal metro stop. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious with an outlook onto the streets. I loved it. Easy walk to the art museums and historic centre

I love this hotel.The hotel is within the Gran Via shopping district. The shopping stores are just outside of the hotel. Our room has a modern style and spacious. It even had 2 balconies! They had a 24 hour snack bar with juice, different coffees, tea on the 5th floor and you can enjoy your snack on their rooftop. They give you a bag of cookies and water in the morning too! We we're very happy with this hotel and will definitely stay herr again when we are in Madrid.

Depends what you’re looking for

Hotel wasn’t up to our expectations. It was just a step above a hostel. Bathroom had dirt and mold around shower, found dirty sock in room. However staff were very friendly and helpful, and courteous in agreeing to refund our remaining two nights.

This was my first time in Spain. I am so glad I found this hotel. Staff were very friendly and courteous. It was close to the Gran Via and to other restaurants. It was quiet and there's a terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy free coffee. Really good coffee, baked goods and fruit. My baggage got lost and the airlines sent it to my hotel and the hotel staff informed me right away. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The only thing is unlike American hotels, the lights won't turn on without your hotel key card. The card holder is inside right next to the door. You can keep the window open and let fresh air circulate and hear the soft chatter of people walking. My daughter and I loved it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The best is its location. You are right in the heart of shopping and close by to all the sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved how each day they delivered a bag of pastries and water to the door. The room was small like most in Europe, but worked out well for two people. Very clean. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.
