Kaunis historiallinen rakennus täysin remontoitu kaikki modernit mukavuudet ja hissi, rakennus on täysin uusi sisältä, mutta alkuperäinen julkisivu ulkona suosittu Huertas kadulla, erittäin lähellä Prado, Thyssen ja Reina Sofia museot ja Palacio Real (kuninkaallinen palatsi), vuonna historiallisessa keskustassa Madridin keskustassa, kuuluisan Barrio de las Letras.

Huoneistossa on erittäin mukava Queen-vuode (160 cm)
ja 2 vuodesohvaa oleskelutilassa. Makuuhuoneessa on 3 seinää eikä se ole täysin yksityinen. Voit nähdä sen kuvissa.

Olen asunut Madridissa viime vuosikymmenen aikana, iloinen auttaa sinua valitsemaan parhaita paikkoja vierailla ja noin Madridissa. Huoneisto on aivan Plaza de Santa Ana. Lähellä Puerta del Sol ja Plaza Mayor ja museot. Voit kävellä La Cava Baja, katu täynnä ravintoloita ja pikku baareja. Myös, Mercado de San Miguel loistava tapaamispaikka ja herkullisia tapaksia!

Metro metroasema on muutaman askeleen päässä, joten voit helposti liikkua Madridissa, sekä lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Atochan päärautatieasemalle, josta voit helposti ottaa nopea luotijuna AVE Toledo, Segovia tai Avila tai kauemmin retkiä Sevilla, Alicante tai Barcelona.

This apartment was wonderful. The owner and property manager were very conscientious and attentive. The location is a 5-minute walk to the metro (Antón Martín). The neighborhood itself is walkable to a number of other great neighborhoods and attractions. While Calle de las Huertas has a number of restaurants and clubs, the walls of the building were so think that I hardly heard any sound outside when going to sleep. I was on a work trip, but this apartment would also be great for individuals or couples of all ages looking to explore the city.

A very comfortable apartment in an excellent location with many restaurants and a grocery store steps away. The apartment was very clean with many kitchen amenities. Arrival and departure were easy and communication was excellent. We appreciated the instruction book for using appliances. The air conditioning was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Place in Barrio de las Letras in Madrid!

My partner and I enjoyed a week at this lovely apartment in Barrio de las Letras in Madrid. Our host communicated very well with us and made the process a breeze for this VBRO first-timer. The inside has hardwood floors, is tastefully decorated, and is well-equipped with amenities. The view from the balcony is truly enchanting- and there’s even a flea market right outside your door on Saturday afternoons! The neighborhood is centrally located and the dining and entertainment options, even just in this area, are endless. You can walk to many of Madrid’s great attractions such as the Prado or Retiro. We found the neighborhood to be safe. A great choice!

Fantastic little apartment !

We were very happy with apt 1C. If you are looking for a centrally located apt in Madrid where you can explore everything by foot this is it. The apt is in a lovely, secure building on a tree lined pedestrian only street with tons of cafes, shops and restaurants a stones throw away. We loved the tall ceilings and little shuttered balcony. It’s very clean, comfortable, well stocked and nicely decorated. I was a little concerned about recent reviews saying it’s noisy but it was quiet every night except for Saturday night with some rowdy partiers on the street. But even then, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Just close the windows and shutters and it helps. We would 100% book this apt again.

Great apartment & neighborhood but noisy at night.

The apartment is nice and in a good central location. Neighborhood is lively with restaurants, shops etc. The issue we found was there’s a night club below that opens around 10pm and goes til 4am or so. It gets loud with people hanging out in front smoking, yelling, laughing etc. I had to sleep with earplugs every night which wasn’t the worst thing but not what I’m looking for on a vacation. Other than the club issue the apartment is great along with owner Greta and the ladies that work for her.

Perfect for a family of 3

Overall a great property. Has everything you need. It’s well appointed & super clean. Communication was on point and the host even provides wonderful recommendations. Literally only hiccup is that it is in the best location because it is in the middle of everything but with that came some noise issues. Really just Fri and Sat night when ppl stayed up later. But otherwise a perfect place.

Disappointing stay

My husband and I stayed at this property for one week in March. My contact with Gorete was excellent and she has many useful recommendations.We were not greeted by her but by her assistant Alicia. Between the time she opened the door and left after having “explained” how things worked in the apartment was 4 minutes tops.The apartment is a suite and not a one bedroom- there are partitions separating the liviving room from the bed and the bed from the bathroom.It is relatively well-equipped and is well situated for many must see sites in Madrid.There is also a good restaurant just downstairs.The real downside of the apartment is the noise. There is a bar 2 doors away and a youth hostel a few hundred meters up the street. The partying is nightly in the street until 4 am.Gorete had told me that she had inner courtyard apartments that were quieter but darker, but we never expected that amount of noise so late into the night or early morning.

The apartment was super cute, clean, and very comfy!Gorete was such a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, and answered all our questions. Beautiful space!

This is our second time staying with Goreta, in 2016 we stayed in the apartment next door. The building is safe and secure. The location is fantastic. And Goreta and Alicia are absolutely wonderful. It can be a bit loud from the street noise, but closing the shutters helps with that. Next time we are in Madrid there is no doubt where we will be staying.
