Welcome to my flat!

It has a small, minimalist and well-kept living room with a sitting area, a sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. Please note that as it is on the ground floor, there is little sunlight but it has very good exterior lighting.

The open-plan kitchen includes essential appliances, as well as cooking utensils and crockery. There is a washing machine and ironing equipment available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, including bed linen. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a vibrant and culturally rich neighbourhood filled with exciting attractions. Within this neighbourhood, you can find the stunning Las Ventas Bullring, where you can witness the thrilling spectacle of bullfighting. For a peaceful escape, visit the María Eva Duarte de Perón Park or explore the beautiful green spaces of Breogán Park, Jardines de Gregorio Ordóñez, and Parque Salvador de Madariaga. All of these attractions are easily accessible from the nearby stations, ensuring convenient transportation for residents and visitors alike.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Ventas, is just a 7-minute walk, and the bus station Avenida De Los Toreros, line 74 that takes you to Madrid city centre

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
