Good location. We walked to the Main Street, restaurants, shops, Sofia, Prado and train station. There were always lots of people out and about when we were coming and going -till about 10 pm - so we never felt unsafe. The condo itself was basic - but had what we needed, it was clean and the bed was comfy.

This place was three worst experience we’ve ever had. There was mold in the bathroom walls, ceiling and in the shower. At night we were awakened by ticks on our bed and on the bedroom walls. We went to sleep in the living room couch and there was ticks there also. We had to sleep in the floor. The owner afford no solution or apology. He did not refund my money because he says we stayed the night. Hello!!! We were awakened at 2am by ticks, we couldn’t find a place at that hour. What were we to do?? Sleep in the street?The picture he advertised is not his building. It’s a building across the street.

Nice apartment, excellent location

This apartment provided us everything we needed. We picked the place for the location and it didn’t disappoint. The apartment had a full kitchen, clean bathroom, and one full bed and a pullout couch. It was everything we needed. For Americans, the appliances are of course European, so make sure you bring an adapter. The stovetop was very different than what I was used to as an American and it took a little getting used to.

Die Bilder haben auf uns wie eine einladende Unterkunt gewirkt. Leider stellte sich das Ganze als alles andere als einladend da. Das Apartment war zum Check Inn komplett eiskalt, weil vorher nicht geheizt war. Es ist in einem sehr zwielichtigen Viertel und strahlte alles andere als Sicherheit und Comfort aus. Dann wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Türschloss nicht funktionierte und wir nur abschließen können, wenn wir ein Vorhängeschloss vor der Tür anbringen. Aufgrund der Umstände entschieden wir uns die Nacht dort nicht zu verbringen, weil wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt haben.

Experiencia mediocre, después del check in tuvimos problemas con la puerta que no cerraba bien con la llave, entonces si salíamos, la puerta quedaba abierta siendo inseguro dejar el piso. Nunca contestaron mis mensajes pidiendo ayuda con la puerta y con el check out. Aunque el piso estaba súper limpio encontré una cucaracha caminando por la noche. Deberían fumigar más seguido. Lo único bueno fue conocer a Miriam en el check out que nos ayudó en la última parte de nuestra estadía ya que viajaba con una persona muy mayor de edad y lamentablemente éstas personas no están contempladas para este alojamiento. Si necesitas un alojamiento de paso por una noche o dos y no tienes más alternativas está bien pero sino recomiendo otro lugar envés de este. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue escasa y escueta antes del check-in pero después fue nula. Mala experiencia y no lo recomiendo.

Dommage, expérience plutôt bonne le quartier est très sympa, le logement sommaire mais de gros problèmes de propreté !! J'ai été piquée par des punaises de lit. Un commentaire mentionnant ce problème avait déjà été noté sur septembre 2025. L'hôte avait changé le canapé mais j'ai été piquée dans le lit donc visiblement il n'y a pas de désinfestation qui a été faite suite au premier commentaire. Je trouve cela très dommage et très embêtant pour la suite.

Encontré tiendas cerca. El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado. Funcional para pasar dos noches en Madrid. La atención excelente. Tanto el sofa cama como la cama cómodos. Volvería.

La vivienda está infectada de chinches y pulgas, de hecho mi esposa tuvo que acudir al médico por las picaduras. El administrador además de no excusarse, solo proveyó un insecticida, toxico para la piel. No hubo resarcimiento económico ni alternativa de mudanza a otro sitio.Tuvimos que comprar un colchón inflable para dormir en el suelo.

L'appartamento ha una sola finestra e nel bagno non c'era aspirazione. Meno male che la cosa è sopperita dalla presenza di ventilatori. Eravamo in 4, e oltre al letto matrimoniale è presente un divano letto, che però è una piazza e mezzo scarsa. Quindi qualche difficoltà per dormire. Per il resto OK, forse qualche accessorio in più in cucina farebbe comodo, tipo strofinacci, tovaglia. Il quartiere dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma vicinissimo a due stazioni della metropolitana e ben servito da negozi nelle immediate vicinanze
