A stay where they care!

I had such a wonderful stay here in Madrid! The area felt extremely safe, and the apartment building itself was spotless. Our room was impeccable!!! everything was so clean and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was how conveniently equipped the apartment was. It had a washer (a lifesaver after a long stretch of traveling), a full kitchen, and a fridge, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also perfect! very well situated, with the metro just a short walk away and close to so many attractions. What truly stood out, though, was the care and dedication of the staff. I had accidentally left behind a necklace, not valuable in money, but priceless in memories. They went above and beyond to help me and even mailed it back to me in the U.S. (things that the didn’t HAVE to do but still did!!) That kind of thoughtfulness means the world to a traveler. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. Super clean, well located, and run by people who genuinely care about their guests.

Spacious, quiet apartment. Very clean and well furnished except for no iron, only 3 hangers, and would be nice to have ayleast a bottle of water upon arrival. AC in living room didnt work properly. Complicated to comminicate with propert manager.

Great location surrounded by local authentic bars and restaurants. Good metro access but walkable to all parts of Madrid. Room safe was locked on arrival but was sorted very quickly via email. Property is a good size for a couple and we really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom could do with a spruce up but it was perfectly serviceable. Would recommend

Great location and walkable to everything. The only issue was there was a very strong smell of something rotting or vomit in the apartment as soon as we entered. The toilet was also used and not fully clean. I alerted the owners and they said they would send staff to clean it up. After they cleaned it still smelled bad. It sucked because it was the start of our trip in Spain. I told the owners for the second time and they said they would send staff again. Unfortunately we were leaving the day after and the smell remained. Other than that it was good

The space was as pictured. It was clean and comfortable . Not having a direct contact with an actual person was a little problematic. We had trouble using the code to access the building on the first day and didn’t know how to get help. Also, the. Bathroom doorknob fell off Otherwise it was a great experience.

It was in a great neighborhood and everything was close by. We went during a fiesta weekend so the streets were packed. We would stay here if we ever came back to Madrid!

La communication a été très difficile pour avoir le code d'accès pour entrer dans l'immeuble et la chambre. Étant donné qu'avec une nouvelle carte sim pour le cell. le numéro de téléphone avait changé pour no européen et non canadien.
