Discover this impressive and unique home designed by the architect Teresa Sapey and made with great care that you can enjoy Madrid like you were at home. It is an authentic luxury at your fingertips in the centre of Madrid.
The property is in a great and privileged location in the epicentre of Madrid walking distance of any interesting place.
It has four spacious rooms with double beds and corresponding fully equipped bathrooms.
You will enjoy an independent kitchen with everything you need to organize breakfast, lunch or dinner, and large indoor and outdoor dining rooms eight people. It has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hot plate, toaster, espresso coffee maker, iron and enough utensils to cook to your heart's content.
In addition, this unique and impressive apartment consist:
- Indoor pool integrated into the living room to be able to use it during the stay (Not heated)
- Private gym.
- Private parking with capacity for two cars at no additional cost.
- A pool table.
The apartment is close to the Puerta de Atocha AVE train station, and the Retiro Park, with regular bus lines and metro, stop a few meters away.
Our communication is fast with guests, and we try to help them in any way possible, recommending tourist places and places of interest, transfer or special request.
