It features one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. In the living area, you’ll find a Smart TV—perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The bathroom includes towels and free toiletries to ensure your comfort.
The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.

Just a few steps away is Cerro del Tío Pío, affectionately known as 'Las Siete Tetas' (The Seven Breasts) for its seven hills. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. With wide green areas, walking trails, and resting zones, this park is an oasis of tranquility amid the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether it’s for a morning walk, an afternoon reading under the shade of the trees, or simply to enjoy the sunset view.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement.
