Designed to comfortably accommodate four guests, the apartment features an optimized layout that includes two bedrooms with Queen-size beds. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and is an ideal space for relaxation, with large windows and a jacuzzi. The home is completed by a second full bathroom, a spacious and bright living-dining area, an elegant integrated kitchen, and a private terrace. Additionally, for those who need to balance leisure and work, it offers a dedicated office space and a functional laundry area.
The property is equipped with the highest standards to ensure maximum comfort: it has an elevator, air conditioning, and central heating. It also includes a washing machine, dryer, and a kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and complete kitchenware.
Its location is strategic for transport and mobility, situated just a few minutes' walk from the Nuevos Ministerios station, one of the city's main transport hubs with direct access to the airport. Staying in Ríos Rosas allows you to immerse yourself in authentic Madrid life, just a few steps from the famous Ponzano street, combining the city's energy with the comfort of a fully equipped home.
For your total peace of mind, we offer upon request an additional facilities management service during your stay to quickly resolve any technical issues, as well as an optional professional cleaning and linen change service (bedding and towels), allowing you to enjoy greater comfort adapted to your needs.
For temporary stays, regulations require the signing of a seasonal lease agreement. After signing it, and outside the platform's payment system, the security deposit and utility payments will be processed.

Non-smoking property: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
No parties or events allowed: This is a residential building; parties are not permitted.
Quiet hours: To respect our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets: We are pet-friendly! However, you must inform us in advance. Please note that an additional pet fee will apply.
Check-in: From 4:00 PM.
A member of our team will be waiting for you at the apartment entrance to welcome you and hand over the keys. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance to coordinate the meeting.
