The hotel and its staff are simply superb. Special shout out to Malawa who was the restaurant manager who went above and beyond taking care of me during my visit. Check-in was friendly and efficient, the rooms were comfortable in the housekeeping, staff superb! The morning breakfast was plentiful and delicious. And overall wonderful day I’ll be back on my next trip to Madrid.

Nice room, very clean. Breakfast was ok but not more, we missed fresh vegetables and more options. Usually when you have a pet with you, hotels in Spain brings to the room a dogbed/ blanket, bowls and sometimes treats, but not here so that is an suggestion to do.
