This modern bright one bedroom apartment is extremely quiet and very well located in the very best part of the Salamanca District, the area allows visitors to be very close the best areas for eating and shopping in Madrid, and is walking distance from some of the most important art museums like the Prado and the Thyssen-Bornemisza. A few steps from the Retiro park, is perfect for exercise conscious clients and runners who want to keep training. A spacious and tastefully decorated apartment in one of Madrid’s most privileged areas, located on the third floor, the windows views over the exterior mean that the interior is flooded with natural light for much of the day. Decorated in a fresh style with wood laminate flooring and light colors. You enter into a hall that leading to the living room and dining area, to the left there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a toilette. The living area has a three seater sofa and an Eames armchair, a desk, a 42” flat TV and a dining table for 4 seats. In the other side of the apartment, from the living area, is located a spacious and bright bedroom with a queen sized bed (1,50 x 2,00m) with a window over street, a wide wardrobe and a comfortable bathroom with shower. Note: The air conditioning is central, however it is only permitted to use between 11am 12pm.but there is a portable appliance in the bedroom
