Less than 5 minutes walk, you will reach the historic center of Malaga, where the Contemporary Art Center, the Antonio Banderas Soho Theater or the Paseo de la Alameda, will make the proximity of your neighborhood a magnificent and comfortable place to visit the city and rest from the noise of an endless numbers of restaurants, cafes, bars, museums or shops in the historical center.

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the train station, with access to the airport, so the need for a vehicle is not important.

A security deposit of 150.00 euros is required for each stay. This is paid about a week prior to the arrival. Deposit will only be refundable after check-out if the apartment has not been damaged. The transaction can be completed online using a debit or credit card. Our office is infront of the apartment: key collection takes place directly at the apartment. Check-in and online registration will be arranged before the arrival.
