It also has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house.

The port and Plaza de la Merced are less than 5 minutes' walk away; also the lively harbor promenade is just a 5-minute walk away. An ideal location for the museums, walks, gardens and monuments of the center. Nearby are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns and cafes where life and the most genuine and cosmopolitan atmosphere take place in the center.

The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.
