This one bedroomed apartment is in the true heart of the magnificent Malaga City center.

It is on the ground floor in one of the classic style buildings that really touch the heart and invoke romantic curiosities of the years gone by.

A short walk gets you to the famous Calle Larios and all the many spectacular sights and experiences that only Malaga can offer.





The bedroom is quiet and cool and has a ceiling fan, The attached bathroom in newly reformed and has a shower. A hairdryer is provided.

The living area has a sofa bed and large smart TV. The living area is airconditioned and has window that opens on to the small entrance patio.

The small kitchen has a comfortable seating area.

There is a fridge with a freezer. A stove and basic cooking utensils are provided.

A washing machine is also in the kitchen

Pets. As much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. If we do accept your pet, there may be an additional cost. This can be paid on arrival.
Towels and linens are provided free of charge
Security deposit. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. The deposit will be retuned in the same way as it was paid.
Check in is possible between 14:00 and 20:00. Late check in is possible but a fee will apply
Check-out is at latest 11AM. Late check out may be possible, depending on availability Fees may apply.
There is no specific parking for the property. However, there is plenty of both free and paid parking in the area.
