A comfortable floor plan with two king suites (each with their own attached full bath) and laundry room downstairs. Spacious living area, kitchen, deck, office, queen room, bunk room (4 twin beds) and full bath upstairs. The attached two car garage makes living in snow country easy! The wonderful Snowcreek HOA clears snow from the front door walkway & (2 car) driveway to make your winter stay a breeze. A community spa is available a few doors down from the house.
Kitchen contains plenty of cooking, grilling & baking utensils and appliances. Nice, sharp knives are in the knife block! Current Model G dual zone electric grill on second floor balcony.
All rooms have large flat screen TV's. The living room has a 75" flat screen TV with sound bar on a hydraulic pull-down mount for ideal movie streaming & game watching. You may need a movie break after playing endless games of foosball or chess, checkers, and backgammon at the table near the bar! Board games, cards, and books are also available.
