El Paraiso (porto Cristo) - Villa With Pool

As its name suggests, this amazing villa is a true paradise. In front of a beautiful stone construction, it is situated the protagonist, a magnificent private chlorine pool, 9 x 4.5 m and 1.5 deep, whose crystalline waters invite to swim while contemplating the incomparable views of the countryside and the mountains. Around it, you have 4 sun loungers, a Balinese bed as well as a large lawn area to sunbathe. Then, you can complete the morning or day with a delicious barbecue outdoor, under the cane-covered terrace or under the porch.

Upon entering you will be greeted by a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV from where you can access the modern kitchen-dining room with a gas hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. For relaxation you will find three bedrooms each with air-conditioning. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third has two single beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed also has an en suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower serves the house. Finally, up the stairs from the living room you can access an open loft where there is a fourth bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The location is perfect if you like the countryside and the tranquility. The finca belongs to Porto Cristo, located at about 5.5 km, although the nearest town is Son Carrió, at about 3.3 km. In this aforementioned village, you can find some bars and restaurants as well as some grocery store, but we do recommend you going to Porto Cristo for larger purchases. Its idyllic-waters beach is at only 6.3 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
