For that price was perfect. One night close to the airport. Including shipping to airport was great. Breakfast was included too. Just the area outside was very annoying. Walls are very thin. Could hear everything outside and neighbor room. I still would come again. Thank you

Scary hotel with terrible service

I booked this hotel because they offered a free shuttle to/from the airport. Scheduling the shuttle is a joke. It arrived at the airport 50 minutes after our arrival at the meet up location. The hotel itself is old, scary and buggy. The road noise was excessive all night. The toilet needed extra flushing. The front desk staff were not very accommodating. They tried to charge more for the San Miguel beer than it stayed on the menu in the room. The breakfast was not good. On my sandwich, I’d guess I received 1/4 of an egg and 3 pieces of bread. I scheduled the airport return shuttle in advance, reminded the front desk staff 15 minutes in advance and it still didn’t pick us up until 20 minutes after our scheduled time. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

It was a nice stay. I liked the the restaurant and the options it had. The mall is near walking distance and other convenient stores like 7 eleven. The staff are nice and always willing to help you out. Ask if you need directions to get somewhere. The staff for the restaurant are nice as well, and can suggest recommendations from the menu.

Choose Somewhere Else.

It started badly, when I arranged airport transfer which didn’t show. When I question why, they said they didn’t have my number even though I have messages from them saying thank you for passing my phone number on. The room was spacious and clean although phone didn’t work, not very good if in the event of an emergency. I had to go down to reception to order room service, first time for that. Food was good and plenty of it, although when I went down for breakfast the following morning there were roaches running around. Generally not a good stay, shame as I have travelled to different parts of Philippines and this was the last and by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in during my time there.

The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable however we did have issues with the Wi-Fi. The complementary breakfast was adequate. The location was close to the airport and close to the SM mall.

The staff was very nice! If there was ever a problem, they would make every effort to make it right. I had one roach, but that is expected in the Philippines, and they took care of it and I never saw another one. The TV Stations did not work, so it was very limited. The WIFI was very good and had no problems so I watch my TV on my smart phone or lap top. The restaurants are close. I loved that they pick you up and bring you back to the airport. I for sure will be back!
