Coakroach in the room. Then they could not find my booking and had to book twice. My booking company refunded me as they would not. Very rude and stubborn hotel. Elevator is not working at this time. Have to phone to get down.

Hallway has dead cockroaches and nobody dared take them out. Room furnitures are old and have stains, sometimes, it smell like a sewer in some days. We were given room on the 10th floor on the first day but elevators are not working, need to call for the elevator to go on our floor and most of the time, you need to go down or Up one floor if you need to go down as elevator not working on the 10th floor. Staff are really nice and very accommodating but it is sad how the place was not maintained at all. Location is really good though. Maybe a change in management is the key. Their staff are really good and kudos that they maintained their demeanor the whole time we were there.

The room had a weird oder when i checked in. The elevator you are required to call the main lobby to have come to your floor. Also keep money on you since you need to put a 2000PHP security deposit even for just a day which basically cost more than 1 night. Other than that id say the area is probably the best thing about it since you have the mall within walking distance

Yes, room clean and the staff are very good, but they have to fix the elevators, proper and fix all the doors the fire doors in the stairwell for fire because most of them don’t close and there should be no trash in the stairwell

Yes, air conditioning was effective. Some areas of the room needs cleaning. Front office/reception was courteous and accomodating. Chairs upholtery needs thorough cleaning. Shower floor is slippery. Easy for shopping since Ayala Malls like Greenbelt, Glorietta are close, SM and Landmark are walkable. Breakfast is expensive. Baggage carriers are helpful. This place is safe

This is my honest review of Prince Plaza II. I have stayed in this condotel or hotel in previous years but my last stays in April and in November were not as satisfactory compared to my previous stays. No more free breakfast, the elevator is not operating automatically, you have to call for the operator if you want to go down. As far as safety is concerned, it is safe. Make room is on request, my bed was clean. Shower floor is slippery. Shopping malls are walking distance. Transportation is easy to get. Personnel is friendly and helpful. An added TLC in the room would be appreciated by previous and new guests. Oh, the last room I was assigned into was next to the cleaning personnel's headquarter and it was noisy at times. Closing of room door was loud and at point, someone was pounding something when I was taking an afternoon nap.

Yes, the room is very clean. Lots of space. The staff here are very good. I highly recommend this hotel and I’ve used Expedia for more than 10 years and I go around the globe at least one or twice a year so I’ll stick with the program.
