Outside, a magnificent 40 m² saltwater pool invites you to relax in an exclusive setting, surrounded by a spacious terrace equipped with Balinese beds, a hammock, an outdoor shower, and a dining table. The large, beautifully maintained garden is filled with native vegetation, offering freshness, privacy, and a truly Mediterranean character. The pool is completely secluded from outside view, ensuring an intimate and peaceful experience.



The porch, tastefully decorated in a modern boho style, offers a cozy atmosphere with soft colors and high-quality furniture. A large family table makes this space perfect for sharing unforgettable moments. From here, you access the bright and spacious living-dining room, where natural materials, wicker lamps, and carefully selected details create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. A comfortable sofa, satellite TV, and designer furnishings complete this relaxing space. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is suitable for remote work.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, full set of dishes, pans, pots, and more. A breakfast area with a built-in bench invites you to enjoy casual meals in a functional and pleasant environment.



From the hallway, you access the bedrooms, all located on the ground floor. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and a designer ceiling fan. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an elegant en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and handcrafted wardrobes made from traditional Mallorcan shutters. The other two bedrooms also offer large beds and share two additional bathrooms, both with showers and hairdryers.



Between the common areas and the bedrooms is the main entrance to the house, which opens to another outdoor dining area, ideal for family celebrations. This area includes a built-in barbecue and a charming pond decorated with a vertical garden that adds freshness and greenery.



The property offers secure, free parking for up to three vehicles inside the premises, as well as additional street parking right in front of the villa.



Located in the charming village of Pòrtol, the villa offers peace and authentic Mallorcan charm just 15 minutes from Palma, where history, culture, and design meet in lively streets, boutique shops, and stunning architecture. In addition to a grocery store in the village, the large Alcampo supermarket is just 7.5 km away.



In the surrounding area, a fine selection of restaurants such as Botànic, Arume, or Ca Na Toneta invite you to enjoy the best local and international cuisine in unique settings. Just 20 minutes away are the beaches of Can Pastilla and El Arenal—perfect for sunbathing or enjoying water activities in a lively atmosphere. Nature lovers will find hiking and biking routes throughout the Serra de Tramuntana, with picturesque villages like Valldemossa or Deià ideal for day trips. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the nearby Golf Park Mallorca Puntiró.

On the day of arrival, you will be welcomed by Ivo and Gretel, our lovely housekeepers, who will show you around and explain how everything works. They will be available for any questions during your stay, as will we from the YourHouse agency.



The Ecotax, the mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, is payable upon check-in. It amounts to €2.20 per night per adult from May to October and €0.55 per night per adult during the rest of the year. It applies from the age of 16 and is reduced by half from the 9th night onwards.



The security deposit will be held one month before your arrival via credit card and refunded within 3 days after departure and inspection of the house.
