Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Strasse, daher sind die gartenseitigen Zimmer zu bevorzugen. Mit Kindern und Hunden toll.

Hotel au bord de la route nationale Marseille-Cassis, trop bruyant jour et nuit, aucun interêt d’avoir une terrasse privative si vous voulez vous reposer après une longue journée. Chambre petite, sdb minuscule et aucune isolation sonore, on entendait tout des sdb voisines.. Pas du tout pratique si vous songez à faire un voyage sans voiture. Uniquement desservi en taxi mais encore il faut en trouver un. Un seul service de restauration le soir et pour maximum 20 personnes, si c’est complet aucune chance de vous faire préparer un plat de pâtes. On s’est fait livrer des bonnes pizzas ;)

Madame PELAEZ, Vous avez réservé une semaine avant votre séjour une chambre CONFORT TERRASSE 16m². Nous étions complets tout le weekend. Nous avons 3 chambres de cette catégorie dont 2 côté garrigue, et qui étaient déjà réservées depuis bien plus longtemps que vous. Si 16m² était trop petit pour vous, il fallait vous donner les moyens de réserver une chambre plus grande pour votre fils et vous! Toutes nos chambres sont équipées de double vitrage, et il n'y a pratiquement pas une voiture la nuit. Contrairement à votre propos, nos clients sont très heureux de leur terrasse, et en profite pleinement. Il ne s'agit pas d'une nationale, mais d'une route départementale reliant Cassis à Marseille et qui dessert également notre hôtel. Vous aviez réservé pour le diner du jeudi soir, et vous en avez bien profité. Il est dommage que vous n'ayez pas réservé pour le samedi soir également. Nous sommes une table d'hôte et non un restaurant, nous demandons à nos clients de réserver, chose qu'ils ont fait samedi soir puisque la table d'hôte était complète. Désolé de n'avoir pu vous accueillir et ravi que les pizzas aient été si bonnes. Nous sommes commerçants avant tout, il serait de bon ton de votre part de comprendre que nous avons des règles de fonctionnement, ne travaillant qu'une cuisine de marché, et que nous ne sommes pas là pour refuser des clients hormis si l'activité nous l'impose! La salle à manger contient 20 places, je ne peux pas inventer des places assises. Je suis désolé que votre commentaire ne reflète en rien la grande majorité des avis de nos clients. Serait ce un peu de mauvaise foi? ;-) Bien à vous, Arnaud

TRES BEAU SITE EN BORDURE DES CALANQUES.UN ECRIN DE VERDURE A UNE 1 HEURE DE MARCHE DE LA PLUS BELLE CALANQUE DE LA REGION. DEPAYSEMENT ASSURE VAUT VRAIMENT LE DETOUR
