The property and the room were both clean and the room was spacious, with an attached kitchenette. What I was disappointed with was that tea and coffee were only provided for the first night's stay, which I learned when I asked for tea/coffee on the second night (the staff member was very kind to give me some despite this rule). For a four star hotel, rationing tea/coffee for only one night is very cheap and falls below the standard I would expect for this star rating.

Bathroom mirror needs replacing as the water has destroyed the backing. The shower showerhead needs fixing and you need better pillows. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, and the place was very, very clean.

This is a wonderful property. My room was enormous - all white and immaculate! Large bathroom with both tub and shower, writing desk, dinette table and a complete kitchen with cookware and utensils. The hotel is located on a quiet street just steps away from the Le Panier district. Tram, bus and Metro are within easy walking distance. The staff is pleasant, helpful and professional.

Excellent place to stay In Marseille. Easy walking to the old port and centre. Metro and tram nearby for other places to visit. The staff were very personable and nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable beds, clean rooms.
