The rooms are surrorunded by a large atrium, I did feel quite uneasy walking around, especially with the low guard rails. The heating unit turns on sporadically when the room gets too cold. It did keep the room at a nice temperature but it is very loud. Otherwise, I think its worth what you pay.

The room didn't have a window but the door opened to a light well, which was fine for me. The room itself was well laid out, clean and with a good bed and nice sheers. Front desk staff were lovely. And it's close to the Skybus terminal. Excellent value.

We had some room issues, blinds not working in room 1 then in room 2 lights lights not working, room 3 given a key to a room that was. Occupied then finally a room that was ok, breakfast fhe toast bread was so badly stuffed in bread station that it was bent and broken need to find a piece that was whole patrick was very helpful

This is my second visit back I would like to recommend that cleaning staff take more attention to bathroom tiles, there is mould around some parts of grouting, and staining on tiles even though the tiles look new.

Very noisy room. People upstairs walking around their room made bathroom screen door vibrate from 11:00pm-3:00am. I went to reception to ask to change rooms but the front desk was unmanned. No sleep into a very important presentation the next day. Was not happy and won’t be back.
