The room was certainly clean. The only staff I encountered were those on the front desk and they were fine. My room 201 was quite light from outside lighting. Personally I like this but I'm sure some people wouldn't.maybe you could point it out when room is allocated. I would ask for it again.

Especially, clean crisp white sheets, towels all prestine. What really stood out was the courteous service from the front desk. Ask for a different room, than initially given, because of mobility issues. Courteously adjusted. Just a note, some of the rooms are located in an area that require manuvering stairs. Finally location, abosolutely the best, link rail, etc. Great value for the money, this coming from a hotel snob.

My only problem was the car park. I drive a large car and I couldn't even get it in one of the entrances and the space in the carpark is very tight.

Some staff are not accomodating, rang property prior to my trip to pay extra for a early check in & was told that they can do when I check in and was told no when we got in at 5am in the morning. Then was told to come back at 9:30 only to be told NO again. We eventually was given the room at 1:45 to be told they will wave the $30 early booking, which I was happy to pay more anyways for a morning check in

Up there with the worst Hotel I have stayed at, street light was beaming in the window. The noise is insane all you hear all night is over rooms slamming shut. Then not to mention a group of young people tailed behind a guest as they swiped their card in the front door and proceeded to run around the hotel banging doors and screaming out till about 2-3am.

First, I was given a small room without windows, which I did not book. After I had complained, they gave me a spacious room with a view. The bed and pillows were extremely confortable. The location is excellent: everything within walking distance. The heating/ac was hard to control so I was given a portable ac device. There was a coffee kettle in the room which I appreciate. However, there were no reading lamps.
