Pro. Staff were lovely. Easy check in and comfortable bed and pillows. Short walk from southern cross station. Con. No sound proofing in rooms, constant doors slamming, can hear other guests talking as they walk past the room, workman working with power tools at 7am, unable to get the shower at the right temperature. Breakfast was dry, had to wait for a long time for pancakes, toast wasnt much quicker.
