- The room still had the previous guests takeaway in the fridge. - Staff were not very friendly. - We were also charged again for the stay which we had already paid for 6 months prior. Had to follow up the refund which is still not processed.

Check in experience was poor. The digital screen stated the wrong room type, so we had to queue for 15+ minutes to check in with the one and only person on the desk. Other staff walked by the queue of people multiple times. The room was tired and in need of updating. It also didn’t feel clean, especially under the bed or sofa bed. I found 2 coffee cup lids (not ours) and a dust. I didn’t want to walk bare feet on the carpet. The only thing going for this hotel is the location.
