The lobby was great but the rooms were small. Our bathroom was dirty with the floor looking like it hadn't been cleaned as it had black marks and a long black hair on the floor also the toilet continued to run when flushed

Great self check in. Only one lift working during two day stay over a public holiday long weekend. Not great with long waits. Worst shower water pressure ever experienced that was barely a trickle everytime. Twin room booked into an accessible room was not what was expected that we paid for. Overall disappointing stay.

Friendly staff, great location. Bathrooms need renovating but were clean. The only issue i had was that i asked for a king bed, which was 2 singles pushed together. One mattress was higher than the other. Not a comfortable sleep.
