A bit disappointing considering we pay for 3 ppl in a room and we get a pull out sofa bed for the 3rd person but the other mercures including the one at Albury actually has pretty good beds. One of us ended up with an acute back ache All in all I would say you have fantastic location and just a small improvement to the beds can really make the stay a lot better and invite return bookings. I for one am not coming back!

I couldn't have picked a better hotel for my stay in Melbourne. The location was convenient, both for my excursions and for the nightlife along the southbank. Easy to get into CBD as well.

Everything is perfect. Just the Landry controlled by a third party forced customer to use PayPel or Google Pay or credit card in the hotel’s network (usually lower security). Consider an easy solution? By creating a hotel’s account and allow us to pay in any way? Possible?
