Good location

The location was convenient for business and shopping. The room was quiet and comfortable. While the menu featured a symbol indicating vegan options, there were no actual vegan meals on the menu for breakfast or dinner, but thankfully there were some great options within walking distance.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and really like this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and included breakfast. As a Gold member with Expedia, I received an upgrade to a room facing the Yarra River, which was a nice touch. However, there were a couple of small issues. There was only one coffee capsule provided, and I couldn’t find a hairdryer in the room. I also asked about a late checkout, but was told that since I’d already received an upgrade, it wasn’t possible. That response didn’t feel very customer-friendly. That said, my overall experience was still very good. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. It would be nice to see the breakfast menu updated, though, as it felt largely the same as last year.

Hotel was mostly very good Negatives: * Room was not serviced daily as specified on hotel site website. No clean towels - No Bed made - No Tea/Coffee.
