Wifi didnt work. No security lock on door, only flimsy deadbolt. Bathroom walls and door filthy. Toilet leaks onto floor. No lamp in room nor frig and microwave. The only good thing is beds were clean and front desk was nice.

Waited in line for more than an hour for anyone to check me in and it never happened. Like a vagrant motel!with people smoking drugs in the line waiting with kids there and also in the parking lot where the line continued!

Room 210 is disgusting. Strong odor of cat urine. Hair and mold in shower. Baseboards in bathroom look like they’re stained with I don’t know what. I know it’s a budget motel but it’s really bad.

They have really dropped the ball! Our bathroom mirror was broken and we had these two lil thin pillows and no refrigerator or microwave it was just a lot..paint missing on the walls, tv remote not programmed to tv and we couldn’t get extra pillows or covers! It was just poor service and quality period

Poor management, poor housekeeping and AC was not working. The blankets were filthy and the rooms were dirty. Also found cockroaches and mouse poop. Asked for towels and they said they didn’t have any. We will NEVER be back. No working ice machine, ask for them to change the blankets and they only changed the sheets once. The blankets were nasty with burn holes as well.

It took 3 times to get a room, the first room the door didn't open, second room the fire alarm was making noise and we took the last room. That room had a bad smell and bugs. We had to spry the room.
